Springtime Friendly Compliance Reminder

With spring’s arrival in Texas comes the beauty of new growth and a renewed opportunity for us all to take pride in our homes and community. As the season transitions, we will begin property inspections focused on seasonal maintenance and want to share a few friendly reminders with you.

Over the coming weeks & months, we will be inspecting general property maintenance items, particularly regarding landscaping. This includes turf upkeep, as well as the care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and flower beds. Any plantings that may not have made it through the winter season should be replaced to keep our neighborhood looking vibrant and well-maintained.

The compliance effort is not limited to these items specifically but will also include any other observed deficiency on a property that does not adhere to the Rules & Regulations or the Community Wide Standard.

We also recognize that spring inspires many to take on outdoor home improvement projects. If you're planning any exterior changes, whether it’s new paint, fencing, landscaping enhancements, or any other update, please remember that an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) application and approval is required before beginning work. We’re here to assist and guide you through that process to ensure your project aligns with community standards.
